Oh ya I know what you mean! I do the same thing, its a avalanche that just keeps moving picking up momentum until you say something way over the edge and hurt someone. I keep myself from going to far, but it use to be alot harder to control. Things I do when I just get pissed off at everyone is take a shower, drink a beer, buy something or do some excersise, some intense stuff to drain you till all you care about is breathing... lol
Anyhow, if it gets to the point where you feel that each day is a struggle to stay in check then I would suggest going to a doctor and maybe trying some very light mood stabalizers!
