T is the way to go. For me, I have an alter who is only 5 and does not say much at all. But just found out that is because he was formed when I woke up during surgery while getting tonsils removed at that age.

As to alters having alters, my T said yes. And I have one who is 15 who does have 2 alters at the least. It is odd but they are inside her because she was a first type of protector before we got our adult protector alter inside. And the 15 yr old basically hid the "twins" - 11 yrs old one male and one female - inside of her to protect us.

Odd stuff what the mind does to protect the self!
