Thanks everyone!! My session with T actually went REALLY well -- she did want to know about the hair, but when I didn't really talk about it, she dropped the subject and I was able to use the awake and aware feeling to be more "present" than usual in today's session.

My heart was pounding before session but SAWE -- you were right -- as soon as I saw T's face I was just fine! There was nothing to be scared of.
