For a while now I haven't been sleeping when I think I'm sleeping, but I've noticed if I stay up until past midnight, sometimes 1 or 2 in the morning I don't dissociate as much though my dreams are much more intense. Okay this isn't making sense lemme try again.

I've been making myself stay up past midnight for the past two weeks now (it's 1am right now and worried cause I have to be up at 8am) and I've noticed I'm not dissociating. I lose track of time but it's just me being distracted with facebook and gaiaonline not me becoming a little and coloring on the walls at all hours of the night. Now, I may be me more during the night hours and I sleep a lot better once I go to bed but on the flip side I don't function at all before 10:30am and I don't know what happens between 10:30am and 4pm (I go to work at 4pm). So I don't know which is worse not sleeping when I think I am or not being mentally here when I need to be.

Anyways I was wondering does anyone else have a similar issue or have had it and if so what they are doing/have done for it?
