i'm completely afraid of meds. putting anything into my system freaks me out. sometimes i get mini panic attacks from taking ibuprofen because it can cause stomach bleeding. plus i heard that once you go on benzos you can't ever stop. that freaks me out too. in fact, everything pretty much scares me. sometimes i wish i never had to leave my house .

i get the same "i'm going to throw myself over" feeling walking up flights of stairs that you can see down between the railings (you know what i mean...?) when i can the floor i freak out and my knees buckle and i have to touch the wall. are you afraid of heights?
