First let me ask -
Are you able to have an orgasm with out the jacket, and/ or with a guy being involved.

If the answer if yes, that you body can function with in a normal sexual situation then I say why be so stressed over a simply matter that gives you pleasure... some people wear leather, some people wear boots, some people hang from ropes etc to obtain a fulfilled sexual experience - so why cant you wear a jacket?
