I've had this stupid infection (cellulitis) on my leg for 7 weeks. I ignored it for 6 weeks thinking it was only a bruise. But then it started hurting. I went to an OB appointment (pregnant) and showed the doctor my leg, and she prescribed me an antibiotic and gave me a referral to dermatology. Well, there are no available appointments until September so I didn't make an appointment. I ran out of antibiotics 2 days ago. It's still red, tender, and sore. I don't know if this is serious enough to go to the emergency room.

Does anyone know how to determine if cellulitis is severe or mild?
