hi.im waiting to meet new psy.dr., and have been dealing with anxiety, along with bp, and cant barely stand myself!! Was reading entries of others, and came to this site to not feel so alone(family dousnt understand and really tolerate any kind of weakness i.e mental) and i dont know... i still feel outside of it all...
