I suffer from it too, I pick scabs, my lips, and my face. I pick my lips the most though, to the point that they are bleeding horribly and im still picking them while I bleed cause i need to get that last peel. I'm trying to stop now and so far its working. I found out for me its related to stress and anxienty since i'm soo impatient.
