So if you don't have a disorder, what was the reason you were referred to a PDoc? And what was the reason your boss wanted to terminate you?
I think you should have stuck it out there. It sounds like there could be something discriminatory going on and that's illegal. If I were in your position, I might file a complaint with the Bureau of Labor and Industry (BOLI).
It is illegal for an employer to intimidate and threaten termination based on a disability even if the threats are merely implied. Get copies of your employee/personel file, your HR file, and your employee health file and request "certified" copies of them. If you are going to file a complaint make sure to get all your info, like dates and times, any conversations or meetings that took place, and then write it all out from beginning of the issue to the end....in grave detail.
