With me it's not exactly dissociation, co-consciousness maybe, but I do have a young me in there and a teen me whose behaviour patterns can get erratic ..... I'm back to being in an adult place thank goodness, something during therapy triggered me yesterday and so did my daughter (who is nearly 21)not on purpose though.
