I've volunteered and worked for Planned Parenthood in four US cities for the last 40 years. If your period has not started by now and you are not comfortable talking with your mother or another adult you know, go to your doctor again...or to PP or a family clinic near you.
And...most importantly, read and learn all you can about being a sexually active and responsible person. There are a few inconsistencies and red flags in your post and I need you to know that bottom line YOU are responsible for YOU.
Please don't become a baby having a baby. Know how to protect yourself from STDs. And please learn how to avoid being a date rape victim.
