Im sorry to hear about your dillemas with those unpleasant thoughts, I have intrusive thoughts also and i understand the intensity...you r not alone, however my suggestion to you in this case is to desenzitize by going for a walk to change your enviroment for a bit. sometimes physical exercise can dampen the thoughts along with some pleasant music. I dont have an immediate solution but sometimes drawin and sketching helps me and there is a book i borrowed from the libri once called drawing on the right side of the brain... google it if you can.Stay strong and remember they are only thoughts. Us people with OCD are caring people and not violent. Take care... I totally understand ok..
