So, I randomly decided to stop taking one of my meds yesterday. Well, it was only one night that I skipped. I'm still taking my depression med, but this other med that I took to help me sleep I stopped. Hopefully the sleep problems don't come back, but the med just made me so drowsy. And I've taken it different times in the past few years and I never really liked taking it.
So now I'm just waiting to see how things go. I have the med so if I want to start taking it again I can, but I just wanted to experiment a little, since it's break now and I don't have school to worry about. Maybe not the best idea, because then if I do start taking it again when school starts up again it will mean I'll have to get used to it again, but I don't think this med takes too long to kick in.
Waiting to see how things go. I did have trouble falling asleep last night, but I figured that it was mostly because I slept pretty late in the morning (because of the drowsiness from the med) and so that it was pretty natural that I wasn't tired yet. I've been doing really good about working out lately, and I'm going to try to keep my workout routine up, because I think this might help me to be more tired in the evening.
