I've had those symptoms and I'm in my 20s. Sore breasts, months without a period..cravings and bloating but no actual bleeding. For me it was hormone issues...something to do with estrogen and progesterone. The first doctor was an idiot and tried to tell me I was stressed because I was too young to have hormones out of wack because I wasn't 40. I went to another doctor and they found it.

But at 14.. skipped periods are even more normal.. Your hormones are supposed to be out of wack at that age.

Also.. doctors like to always check for pregnancy even if you say you're a virgin or haven't had sex in months. It's annoying. It's a liability thing because if you are and get medication and something happens to the baby nobody knows was there.. their butts are on the line when the woman sues.
