Thanks guys, its always resassuring to know im not the only one. It does seem like the ocd or [ or obsessive personality disorder ] as thunderbear mentioned seems to prey on what would bother us the most. For example, my intrusive thoughts seem to be mostly surrounded about my 4yo son, or my family members all of whom which i love very much and would never harm any of them! This is was of the least researched part of any pychological illness it seems..
