sorry things are hard for you. the bed bugs thing is a real PITA. we have them above our office in a rental - you basically have to put your mattress & boxspring in vinyl covers, with the ends duct-taped; throw out your pillow(s); wash all your bedding in hot water; steam clean your carpets; get rid of your cloth furniture; and vacuum daily. not fun. i sincerely sympathize.
re: the lithium, could you get an emergency supply from the ER or samples from your pdoc?
