Yes... this has happened to me where I saw my husband but did not know who he was or that he was even my husband... it was usually with a little one and the moment did not last more than fifteen minutes.

What I had more problems with was when the alter that hated my husband would come out or want to be in charge - life with the man I loved was often filled with dislike and anger due to the feelings this particular alter held... luckily we all made it thru and the hate is no longer there (even though the alter still is).
