I agree the internet can be addictive, I fight it often, a thing that helps me is to shut it down, go and grudgingly do chores first, then start the system up later as a "break" between errands and chores. Even a part time job may help you, keeping you away from the computer for a few hours, and maybe spend time with friends and family.
I love that you can learn so many things from the internet, my interest is in various areas of science, wildlife, mental health, and looking for good prices on stuff for sale but I do not buy through the internet, my husband likes to, but I have to know and see what I spend my money on. I don't have many answers to this "addiction" problem.
Talking here, on General or Social Chat may help, there is no reason to create a forum just for this, there are plenty people that come to the forums that will definately read your posts/replies and share their ideas.
Lots of luck, like any habit we have to find something to substitute the time we'd spend towards our "habits".
Like if a person quits smoking, they can try sugar free hard candies, ice pops, lollipops, a handicraft, anything that will help distract the urge, it is hard but possible.
Putting a coin or 2 in a piggy bank each time a person doesn't indulge in a habit can be a fun thing too.
So many alternatives, and with inner strength, breaking a habit can get a little easier with time.
You are young, attractive, and have talents, enjoy this special time, get outdoors, fresh air, take walks in safe areas. Even a part time job can help take up some idle time, plus give you a little independance too
Lots of luck with whatever you do,

DE
