It isn't. "One site can't be the be all, end all, for everyone." I'm slowly beginning to accept that statement. It's very true. There are enough "issues" covered here that more may just be overkill.
Besides, I don't think internet addiction falls under the category of a mental illness. Maybe a side effect, but not a mental illness. I dunno, jmho.
Perhaps there are other sites out there that give tips for curbing "internet addicition", however at some point, you have to turn the computer off yourself. We can't do it for you. However much we would like to in order to help you.
Probably not the answer you were hoping for...but an answer nonetheless.
