I think fool zero said it best.....but just to add my 2 cents worth, for me, I would need a lot of proof like seeing that everything the person said was true for several years before I would believe that they were actually recovered.

I am the kind of person who trusts someone until I find out they have lied to me.....then I never trust them again. If they change...the burden of proof is on them to prove any change.....& then it takes almost forever for me to ever trust them again & I never trust without some lever of mistrust.

Like my husband....not a compulsive lier, he just couldn't admit that he didn't know something & would tell me what he knew as if it were fact.....most of the time he was wrong.....but for some reason because I was married to him, I kept asking him questions....could't train myself as long as I was around him to now ask questions.....so I left.

I feel that life is tough enough without having to deal with others issues.....just don't need to even worry if someone is lying to me or not.
