Miss A,
I get caught up in things too, I'll get into something and flood myself with it until I burn-out (ADHD trait)
So the same issue was on my mind; how about writing a list of priorities each evening for the next day that you have to complete before going online? Make the list realistic, like 5 things that you know you can do (set yourself up for success). Then, when your priorities are done and checked-offed, you can spend some time online. Ideally you should have someone to be accountable to (that you check-in with to confirm that you are completing your list)- like your T, or a friend who's willing to hold you accountable.
Just a thought, let me know what you think?

I suppose then again, who is there to stop me?
My parents give up on me, bless them.
My T just threatens me.
I see you've gotten caught up in these things as well.
I dunno what else to say... now.
That hmm I think I'm going to have to pull the plug out soon.
