Fuzzy dear, don't grr at you. This is just another part of you and those of us that know and love you, love all of you. I'm so sorry that you are hurting. I like how you put smallest in quotes...it may seem small to someone else, but to you, it's big, it's important, it's hurtful. And that what matters---how it feels to you. If someone else doesn't see it as a big deal, that's great--if it were happening to them. It affects you, it affects you in a negative way, that makes it big. Don't diminish it and don't diminish you. What you can try to do, though, is to take small pieces of the rejection and look at if it really is a rejection of you or if it is more about the person doing the rejection. Sometimes, when we are hurting or sick, we do things that we don't even realize hurt others, though we know in our healthy mind that it would hurt. Make sense? I know I'm kind of rambling, as you know all too well that I do! I just want you to know not to diminish you, your thoughts, your emotions, your feelings. For the one person that rejects you, there are many more that accept you and want you.
