This is something you must process. And abuse does not come in a meter rating - btw. If he was 20 and touched you - he was in the wrong - regardless of what he did not do. And you are right to feel violated by the action because you WERE. And you are right to be upset with adults who were supposed to be protecting you at that age. If you have a T, I would suggest exploring this in depth in that safe relationship.
