I have a problem with binging and most of it is done in front of the TV. So my P'doc (who specializes in ED's) asked me just to eat my food at a table. Fine I did that for one week. It has given me control over eating for the moment.
I went a bought a new set of scales. He doesn't want me to use them. He said I might get disappointed and that will cause the binging cycle to start again. I agree with him, even though it feels weird.
Has any-one else tried this method to gain control? And has it worked?
