I have a question and i was woundering if anyone nows the answer

First you need to no my issues i have Borderline personality disorder, Opisitional diffience dissorder, Bipolar disorder, Adhd, Depression,and ptsd'

Now that you no that you might be able to help me. I dont like to and wont look at people in there eyes when i am talking to them or they are talking to me does that ahev enything to do with my issues?
