It just seems that the people we talk to almost everyday should have some sort of clue. When they don't, we get frustrated which makes us turn things inwardly I believe, which thus makes the depression worse. Seems like a very vicious circle sometimes and I'm tired of the merry go round my friends...

Still scared to start my new med...haven't even gone to pick it up yet and don't know if this is the time to start. They were supposed to have someone call me to set up a T or counselor...but I haven't heard anything yet.
