I'm sorry you're having such anxiety over this. Good for you for taking a mirror to your body and viewing it. We should all do this at least once a year, making note of moles or such.
Dehydration can contribute to this, making bowel movements difficult and thus the strain on the blood vessels in that area. Higher fiber diet and plenty of water will help prevent them from becoming worse, and even in time maybe disappear. Many people live with this much of their lives.
Do ask your doctor what can be done though, and if he/she thinks you need to do anything.
Now try not to be so anxious...
