My T usually remembers to turn the phone ringer off. Her office phone has rang maybe 3-4 times - each time, she apologizes and switches the ringer off. One time, after the office phone rang, her cell phone then rang - she did the same thing, apologized and turned the ringer off.

I don't think my T is very savvy technically, so I doubt she'd know how to program different ringtones into her phone.
