It is part of our system today like it or not. I do not know why some did not follow their gut but given they are to follow evidance it may make a differance. That does not make it right for some times important evidance is thrown out for what ever reason they can find any more.
I always sided with victims side right or wrong just cuz I'm victim and have to say majority of times it is truth even with that percent that may abuse it.
The eyes tell the story! Victims know. OOps maybe saying too much srry!
