Oh the relief!!!.......if others could see into our minds.......so we would not have to explain.

Alteredstate.......whatever you think, feel and believe is yours alone. No-one can question with any validity what you believe to be true.

Do not fall in to the trap of thinking that what you feel or think is not valuable.......as I did.

Forgive the masses......for they do not understand. And without sounding terribly contrite, you do not need them to. Communication of cognition comes with time. In the meantime, make sure your needs are met. If they are not and you feel that you constantly have to fight for your place, back away, peacefully........knowing......

That you do not need them to validate, appreciate, understand or approve. How you are is just fine.......even if it feels chaotic sometimes.......we cannot beat stigma.......but we sure can rise above it.
