If you are going to have to come into contact with this person sometimes (and this may happen whenever you see anyone who is thin) USE it to do just as you have said - remember how much better you are feeling now, emotionally and physically. Turn it into a positive ‘trigger’ that reminds you how far you have come and that you are NOT going back again…and then move on to thinking about and doing something different.
