I have seen the T... last time mine was out. She's ok. I felt like i already knew her. I wouldn't even bother, if i weren't falling into SI, drinking, and negative catastrophy thinking again. T is out another 2 weeks, so i'd best just get in there. Thing is, i really don't want her reporting to my T how far i slipped. Ah well. I guess they can't help if they don't know. Then I will go to group that night.
The other T is also going out of town (go figure). She has her own practice. I could see the other t's in my building, but i really don't like them. Well, i like group t sort of. But when i asked him about him being a back up, he didn't seem to be thrilled about the idea.
Just go back to dealing with it on my own. It's what I do. Why reach out IRL when ppl are not really there. you know?
