I know what you mean dottie. Our humane society is terribly "overpopulated" too. At one time they were doing the 2 for 1 thing. It's terrible how some people think it's ok to put animals in situations like these. My dog came from the humane society also, and I have visited there often...even volunteered there. Some of the conditions are just awful.
