So what. I need therapy, and you didn't give me any when I could have got it when it really was a crisis situation. Why can't I get a flipping 6 sessions now?

I know it's hard not to feel bad about it. I asked for EAP once and I was publically humiliated about it because it cost the employer (a HUGE one) money.
