I think this is basicly what my Dr and my T say is causing my strange symptoms. It make sence to me after reading about it. It does not stop me form wondering how thay can know with out checking for other things like kidney issues, adrenal levels, Addison's, insilan resistance ect. I feel better knowing my heart is nothing serious but the tachicardia is still a causing problems like feeling faint and low energy. My Dr say there really no real way to know how to get threw this its just one step at a time. I have been put on sleeping meds to help my body recover better. The restless leg pain has gotten better since sleeping better. My pain while walking is better as well. Strange thing i noticed today was my pulse rate was more reasonable around 109 while sitting in the car in the heat, when it has been 145 on hot days over the last 2 months. After checking my pulse i noticed I was sweating heaps and that when I realised I have not been sweating much for a long time now. I started at the jym over 6monyth ago and have been curiously looking at people in the gym sweating away and realising how much more thay sweat then me. After I nearly passed out on the way home last month I started taking no changes with the heat and started drinking a sports drink when I felt fatigued speically when I was out. So when I noticed the extra sweat which seemed more normal for the heat I did wonder if there was a link between maybe something in the drink helping my body work better. I took a brack from the jym over xmas after I nearly passed out 3 days in a row after coming home from the gym, 3 day I calapsed on the door step. Went back on monday this week and felt better so maybe sleeping is helping as well but I noticed I also was sweating heap more than normal at the jym I was needing to wipe my head head and behind my neck. So again I'm curious about if the sports drink helping me. My blood test showed electolytes were ok but I'd already been drinking sprots drink for over a week.

Over the last fue years I started eating banana's regularly threw out busy days like shopping to keep the fatigue at bay but just recently a banana was not enough of a boost to my system and turned to sports drink. Both have patassium. Patassium is needed to keep your body hydrated. I've had many symptoms of diabete's but dont have diabetes and adrenal dysfuction can cause sodium and patassium to be effected there fore effecting hydration ect so i dont know if i should be asking for test to be sure my adrenal glad is working properly. My fatigue is so sudden and its make little sence to me and I'm really concerned about how far i can push my body. I dont want to pass out in public, I dont want to wait till I end up hospital before thay find there might be something els going on.

I wonder if I've basicly been treating my self for any deficancys that have been happening with me. I try to eat the right food and not over eat ect, and my diet has been more and more restictive over the last fue years I'm finding I cant avoide eating certain foods with out getting fatiuge. I have to eat regular meals. I cant keep trying to find way to make my body function. i want to loose weight I want to jog on the tredmill, I want to get better.
