I hope this is okay to say, but it sounds like you are someone who is hurting a lot and you use your anger as a way to control things around you and to put up a shield so you don't get hurt by others. It sounds like something happened in therapy that made you want to shield yourself and this is the only way you have learned how to do it. (it is very effective but I doubt it is what you truly want) Being in therapy is a very vulnerable place to be and it is so easy to get hurt and want to shut everyone out. I know because I have been there. It sounds like you are in a place that can help you with this. Good luck with your healing.
