Burbitine- I am assuming you are at the beginning of your road toward healing and a better life. There is a better life in your future and it is good you are in a thearputic day school. We have all done things we regret all along the road toward healing. We ALL have. If you can just think to yourself how you might have handled this differently. As other posters have said, you are very very fortunate to have a therapist who recognizes you are hurting and is committed to helping you. She isnt taking your abusive behavior because she is stupid and likes abuse. It is because she sees your hurt and pain behind the behavior. How would you like to treat someone who cares about you? What would you say to them? She is showing you how to behave in a way that will further your growth so you can have more peace and healthy relationships in your life. I wonder if you see that her reporting you is helpful toward this goal?
Thanks for this!
