Things that will help you feel better during PMS:
Eat more soy (a good source of phytoestrogens); eat tofu, legumes, lentils and green beans
Take vitamin B complex, vitamin E, magnesium and calcium
Exercise
Get some sun; light changes melatonin to serotonin.
