Does anyone else have extreme pain while they are asleep or dreaming that does not happen in the daytime and does not have any cause the doctors can find? I will periodically have intense physical agony in my back while I am dreaming and I can not wake myself up from it. I just go around in my dream trying to do whatever I am doing such as looking for a breakroom with food in an office - but I will be in very real pain that I can feal completely. And I will know I am dreaming but can not wake myself up from it. But when I do wake up, I no longer have any pain. ??
