I don't know you either since I'm new here. However, I'd be willing to bet that those are automatic negative thoughts talking. There's nobody in the world that NOBODY doesn't like. Although we all have days when we feel like that. Especially when we're depressed. But what's more important is that YOU like you and that you stop believing those thoughts and beating yourself up. When I find myself buying into the bull***, negative thoughts about myself, I practice this exercise sometime. I stand in front of the mirror and repeat:
I'm sorry
Please forgive me
Thank you
I love you.
I repeat that a few times and usually it helps me to feel better about myself and get rid of the Yucks.
Then little hearts start poppin out of my head just like this
