Do you remember the dreams? I would look at what is making you sad and see if you can alter that so you don't have those kinds of dreams as often?
The last couple weeks I've been reading a couple really good but very depressing books before sleep and they have disturbed my sleep and now my days. I will probably look for a different kind of book today, make sure I don't get a third upsetting one :-)
