If your thoughts are troubling you (you did say they're annoying and you're a bit worried), then I'd seek the help of a counsellor/therapist, or some other mental health professional.
Sometimes automatic thoughts can be alarming, but it doesn't mean you're a horrible person. Myself, I always imagine and think about the "worst case scenario" in different situations. You can train your brain a bit to change thought patterns (CBT) or perhaps medication would help (antidepressants for me stopped a lot of negative/worriesome thought patterns). None of us are professionals though that can really help, so please talk to your doctor. You deserve to be happy and healthy.
