I do drink a lot of water but I don't think it's that much. I'm like you I need coffee. It's my favorite drink. You know my cramps have gotten so much better since I've been working out again. My breast use to get really sore. It has stopped. I still have the pms, but not as bad. I was riding about 10 miles on my bicycle, but the gym has actually been better. I do some weights. A hour at least of hard cardio, and the situps. The situps hurt more then anything. Maybe excerising will help you like it has me.
