((((((((((((palmdalegirl))))))))))))))). I heard you about the disappearance of joy; about the fatigue and loss of the meaning of laughter; about the fear and lonliness. I'm sure that we mean different things in the word spirit, and I can understand that you have lost your energy. Have you had a good physical exam, found a Therapist or talked with a psychiatrist, who might be able to prescribe treatment for you? The right treatment can help you remember why we say "good morning" to each other. That is how I describe my first response to [tricyclic] antidepressant therapy. For fatigue, I am currently taking a vitamin supplement which supports the adrenal gland. Adrenal fatigue is rarely diagnosed by doctors and may be difficult to diagnose. But the vitamin therapy truly seems to be helping me. That's a personal thing, and not a recommendation for anything - simply an offering of hope for eventual answers to our lack of energy. How long have you been feeling this way, and can you target any event[s] which may have contributed to your mood. Do not give up. Instead, spend your time posting and questioning here, making friends, supporting others and seeking for the right treatment for yourself. Diet and exercise [yada, yada, and, no, I don't follow my own advice] seem to be quite important to good mood, as does the company of friendly others. This you should find here. Seek companionship in real life as well, if you can. Concentrating on the problems of others is often helpful. Feel free to PM me if I can be of any help at all. billieJ
