Art classes will help fill the core requirements. I wanted so very much to be a studio musician (trumpet) so I took several different music classes. I don't have enough talent to do that but I fulfilled that part of my core plus I had fun doing it.

You mentioned you have considered nursing. When I started college I had absolutely no interest in nursing because I thought they were "doctor helpers" and they just gave people bedpans and pills as they were told. I didn't understand that nurses had to understand pathophysiology and make their own decisions. But somehow my path twisted and I became a paramedic and then a critical care nurse. If you like science then perhaps nursing might be for you.
