eliminate the temptation. clear your home or any junk food so the option is not there. keep a picture of what you'd like to look like on your fridge for a reminder. try not to starve yourself. eat small meals often (every 3-4 hours) and pick stuff that has high volume....that takes up a lot of space but does not have a lot of calories. Like vegetables of any sort. Try to come up with some rules, like not eating after 7pm or eating a salad for lunch every tuesday and thursday. Small steps.
