And Yoda is absolutely correct...you need both lower and upper division GE for ANY degree (including nursing). Art and psychology both have GE classes. Also...you can't just "take nursing classes"...you have to be accepted to a nursing program first, which requires...you guessed it, GE classes and a specific set of science classes!
