You may want to spend your time discussing what initially hurt you that sent you on the course to hurt her. She may want to discuss your behaviors and how they affect your treatment and healing, but the therapy is not about what hurt her. She is a professional and knows what she needs to do to process those hurts herself.
You need to maintain focus on your treatment plan and let her be concerned with herself. I do think at some point you are going to want to discuss your sexual attraction towards her in therapy to help prevent this from becomng a road block to your treatment.
