Don't know if this will help or not. I am kind of in the same situation, job that will never go anywhere and yet I don't go back to school. I will give you the same advice everyone gives me and hopefully you will go thru with it unlike me. Just go visit a local college that has what you are looking for, if you don't want to commit to class time check out online schools and try taking just a class or two to see how it fits in with your life. You can do it if you really want it, but it will not be easy. If you need support, you are in the right place for it.
